Afro-Caribe Park Reservation

Effective Date: July 12, 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ACIDL — Afro-Caribbean Integrated Development Limited (“ACIDL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Afro-Caribe Park reservation website and the event reservation services it provides. By submitting a reservation request or otherwise using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of this website.

1. Introduction and Scope

ACIDL operates the Afro-Caribe Park reservation website, which allows visitors to submit event reservation requests for park venues, track the status of those requests, and complete a rental agreement for approved events. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, the reservation submission process, the rental agreement, and all related services offered through the website.

These Terms apply to all visitors who submit reservation requests, track reservations, or otherwise interact with the website. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and the Rental Agreement presented during the booking flow, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

By submitting a reservation request, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to submit the request on their behalf.
  • You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and the Rental Agreement, and to comply with all obligations contained herein.
  • The information you provide in your reservation request is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

ACIDL reserves the right to refuse any reservation request at its sole discretion.

3. Definitions

  • “Website” — The Afro-Caribe Park reservation website operated by ACIDL.
  • “Reservation Request” — A submission made through the Website requesting use of a park venue for an event on a specific date and time.
  • “Rental Agreement” — The agreement presented during the booking flow that captures event details, package selection, applicable fees, and the applicant’s signature, forming the contractual basis for an approved reservation.
  • “Tracking Code” — A unique code issued upon submission of a Reservation Request, allowing the applicant to look up the status of that request.
  • “Venue” — Any park location made available for reservation through the Website.
  • “Applicant” — The individual who submits a Reservation Request and signs the Rental Agreement.

4. Reservation Submissions and Review

4.1 Submitting a Request

To submit a Reservation Request, you must provide your full name, email address, phone number, event name, preferred date and time, number of guests, preferred venue, reservation type, and any additional notes. You must also review and accept the Rental Agreement, including providing your typed signature, before your request can be submitted.

4.2 Availability and Conflicts

The Website checks for scheduling conflicts based on pending and approved reservations at the requested venue, date, and time. A request for a slot that is already pending or approved will be rejected. Availability shown on the Website is indicative only and does not guarantee approval; all reservations are subject to review by ACIDL staff.

4.3 Review and Decision

Submitted requests are reviewed by authorized ACIDL staff. Each request is assigned a status of pending, approved, or declined. ACIDL reserves the right to approve or decline any request at its sole discretion, considering venue availability, event suitability, and compliance with these Terms and park rules. You will be notified of the decision through the contact information you provided.

4.4 Tracking Your Request

Upon submission, you will receive a Tracking Code. You may use this code on the Website’s tracking page to check the current status of your request. Sharing your Tracking Code with others is at your own risk; ACIDL is not responsible for unauthorized access to your request details through a shared Tracking Code.

5. The Rental Agreement

Accepting the Rental Agreement is a required step of the booking flow. By completing and signing the Rental Agreement, you confirm that the event details, package selection, guest count, and any applicable extra-guest fees are accurate, and you agree to the terms described in the agreement, including park rules, client responsibilities, and restoration obligations.

The Rental Agreement forms part of these Terms. If any conflict arises between these Terms and the Rental Agreement on a specific point, the Rental Agreement prevails for matters specific to your event, while these Terms govern your general use of the Website.

6. Fees

Package pricing is displayed during the booking flow. If the number of guests exceeds the included limit for your selected package, an additional fee per extra guest applies as shown in the Rental Agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all fees before signing the Rental Agreement. Approved fees are due as described in the agreement for your reservation.

7. Your Obligations

By using the Website and submitting a Reservation Request, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all fields of the reservation form and Rental Agreement.
  • Use the Website only for lawful and legitimate event reservation purposes.
  • Take responsibility for all activities conducted under your contact details and Tracking Code.
  • Comply with all park rules, venue guidelines, and instructions communicated by ACIDL staff for your approved event.
  • Notify ACIDL promptly if any information in your reservation changes after submission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in rejection of your request or termination of access:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information in a Reservation Request or Rental Agreement.
  • Attempting to bypass the availability check or submit duplicate requests for the same slot.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other applicants’ reservations or to the administrative areas of the Website.
  • Using automated tools to submit or scrape reservations without prior written consent.
  • Using the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

9. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a submitted request, contact ACIDL as soon as possible using the contact information provided on the Website. Changes are subject to availability and staff review. ACIDL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an approved reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or events beyond its reasonable control, and will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or venue where possible.

10. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ACIDL does not guarantee that every Reservation Request will be approved, or that a particular venue will be available on a requested date. ACIDL makes no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content on the Website is for informational purposes related to park reservations and does not constitute professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ACIDL and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website, the submission or status of a Reservation Request, or your approved event. ACIDL’s total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACIDL and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Website, the information you submit, or your conduct at an approved event.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions described in the Rental Agreement, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms
