AFRO-CARIBE AMUSEMENT PARK

This Event Space Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

Afro-Caribe Amusement Park, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria (“Park” or “Management”)
and
(“Client” or “Renter”)

2. RENTAL SCOPE & ACCESS LIMITATIONS

2.1 Limited Access

Client receives access only to the selected location (A–E). This rental does not grant:

• Rights to the entire park
• Exclusive use of the park
• Control over park operations
• Permission to block public areas
• Access to restricted zones

The park remains open to the public.

2.2 No Full-Park Exclusivity

All event activities must remain inside the rented location.

2.3 Decorations & Setup

• The Park does NOT provide décor.
• Client receives 3 hours early access for decoration setup.
• All décor must remain inside the rented location.
• No décor in public areas, pathways, entrances, or landscaping zones.
• No nails, staples, digging, or damaging actions.
• Client is responsible for décor vendors.
• All décor must be removed immediately after the event.
• Décor left behind incurs a ₦25,000 removal fee.

2.4 Security & Crowd Control

Security personnel have full authority to:

• Remove disruptive guests
• Stop unsafe activities
• Enforce park rules
• Restrict access
• Document violations

Client must comply with all security instructions.

3. RENTAL PACKAGES & FEES

3.1 Standard Reservation — ₦200,000

Includes:

• One location
• Up to 50 guests
• Seating setup
• Park entry
• Standard cleaning
• Basic security
• 3-hour early decoration setup access

3.2 Guests Between 51–100

Client must choose:

Option A: ₦7,500 per additional guest
Extra guests: × ₦7,500 = ₦

Option B: Automatic upgrade to Premium Package
Premium Fee: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000

3.3 Premium Reservation Package

Includes:

• Up to 100 guests
• Priority staff
• Enhanced security
• Event coordination
• 3-hour early decoration setup access

3.4 Large Events — Capacity Up to 150–200 Guests or More

Events exceeding 100 guests fall under the Large Event Category.

Client understands:

• Large events require special approval.
• Maximum capacity is up to 150–200 guests or more, depending on safety and park conditions.
• Pricing begins at ₦700,000 minimum.
• Additional fees may apply for:
  • Security reinforcement
  • Cleaning and waste management
  • Landscaping protection
  • Crowd control
  • Vendor supervision

Management may deny events that exceed safe capacity.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received.
• 50% deposit required to secure reservation.
• Balance due 7 days before event.
• Failure to pay balance cancels the event automatically.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Client remains responsible for outstanding fees.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate guest count
• Ensure guests follow park rules
• Prevent damage to landscaping
• Maintain order and safety
• Follow staff and security instructions
• Manage décor setup and removal
• Place all trash in provided trash cans
• Prevent littering
• Supervise children
• Understand that guest counts over 100 require approval

Client is responsible for damage caused by guests, children, vendors, or contractors.

6. PARK RULES

• No smoking in landscaped areas
• No littering
• All trash must be placed in provided trash cans
• No unauthorized vendors
• No alcohol unless approved
• No open flames unless approved
• Children must be supervised

7. LIABILITY

Park is not liable for:

• Loss of personal property
• Injuries caused by guest negligence
• Injuries from décor setup or removal
• Vendor actions
• Weather disruptions

Client indemnifies the Park against claims arising from the event.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Park is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:

• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public emergencies
• Situations beyond Park control

Event may be rescheduled once within 90 days.

9. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Prohibited:

• Illegal activities
• Drugs or weapons
• Unauthorized alcohol
• Unauthorized vendors
• Political or religious gatherings without approval

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. CLEANLINESS & RESTORATION REQUIREMENT

Client must leave the rented location exactly as received.

Includes:

• Removal of all trash and waste
• Trash placed in provided trash cans
• No damage to flowers, plants, or landscaping
• No damage to park property
• No leftover décor
• No stains, spills, or debris

10.1 Cleaning Fee

₦50,000 – ₦150,000 depending on cleaning or damage.

10.2 Damage Liability

Client pays full repair or replacement cost for damage to:

• Landscaping
• Flowers
• Seating
• Structures
• Pathways
• Lighting
• Water features
